This website is operated by Quality Tree LLC and Advanced Tree Service MO of Southeast Missouri (“we,” “us”). This policy describes what information this website collects and how we use it. Our internal business-management application, Tree 360, has its own privacy policy, which also applies to information about our customers and jobs.
Information you give us
When you submit our Request Bid form, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, the work address, and — if you choose to provide them — your email address and a description of the work you need. This information goes directly into our internal scheduling system and is used for one purpose: to contact you about your estimate and, if you hire us, to schedule and complete your job. Calling or emailing us works the same way — we keep your contact details on your customer file so we can do the work you asked about.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your phone number, we may call you about your estimate. We send text messages only with your consent, and only about your own estimate, scheduled work, crew arrival, or invoice. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent records are never sold, rented, or shared; they are shared only with our SMS delivery provider, solely to deliver these messages. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses cookies and similar technologies for performance (page caching) and analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general location, and how you found us — so we can make the site more useful. Google Analytics does not receive your name or contact details from us.
